We offer EICR (electrical installation condition report) testing and inspection of properties. This is mainly required for sale or rental of a property. This will bring to light any errors, faults or problems that do not meet the 18th Edition Regulations for an Electrical Installation. We offer results of this test and also can provide a quote to rectify any works found.  Also along with the EICR's which are recommended to be carried out every 5 years, we offer a Visual inspection. A visual inspection is recommended to be carried out once a year or at the change of an occupant. A visual inspection will identify any damaged fixtures and also check weather any electrics have been tampered with since our last visit, these are at a cost of £50 and will be presented with a hand signed visual inspection cert at completion.    

 

We do various odd jobs and repairs, such as replacing cracked socket fronts, faulty light fittings or out dated smoke alarms.  We can also offer our services to change light bulbs/lamps for the elderly or physically challenged at a discounted price. No job is too small.
